Spherical Graphite with Carbon content ranging from 99% to 99.99%. Particle size ranging from D50 = 10 μm to 50 μm.

Produced through an advanced engineering process, our high purity spherical graphite is an ideal choice for Li-ion batteries and polymer-graphite composites. With the well-controlled particle sizes and particle size distribution, as well as the highly crystalline structure, the cycle life of the spherical graphite can reach up to 500 -1000 times.

Using flake graphite as raw material,taking unique shaping and grading technology, the product size range can be narrowed and the pages can be concentrated. Advanced screening and mixing technology can be used to control the foreign matter in the product to ensure the stability, uniformity and consistency of the product. Spherical graphite is the main raw material for lithium ion battery anode materials.

Product performance: high tap density, round surface, good sphericity, close to potato shape. The quality is stable and the particle size distribution is narrow, SSA=2.4-2.8.
